BOOKING

So you want to come to The Tox, huh? AMAZING! We can’t wait for you to experience the Tox Technique! To book a session, please DM, Text or Call Us! We do require payment of the session in full prior to booking any appointment.

REBOOKING

Sessions are eligible to be rebooked, ONLY when we have a 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you do not give us 48 hour notice, the session will be forfeited. In some instances, we will offer a rebooking fee to rebook your session instead of forfeiting it. This rebooking fee will be no more than 50% of the original session cost.

REFUNDS

The Tox does NOT issue refunds. All Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable between locations. All sessions are eligible to be rebooked if 48 hour notice prior to the booked appointment is given. We want you to come in and use your TOX sessions, please keep this policy in mind when booking your session.
